What if my business is brand new — no website, no reviews?
That's actually our favorite kind of project. We get to build the foundation correctly from the start instead of working around someone else's choices. Starting fresh usually means we can move faster, not slower.
What if I already work with another agency?
Fine. We do audits where we tell you whether what they're doing is working — without trying to steal the account. Sometimes the answer is "they're doing fine, here's what you should ask them to also do." Sometimes it's not.
What does this typically cost?
Every program is scoped to what your scan and strategy call reveal — we don't quote off a price list because no two service businesses have the same starting point or growth goal. We'll walk you through exactly what we'd do and what it costs on the call, before you commit to anything. If we're not the right fit for your stage or budget, we'll tell you that too.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Everything is month-to-month after an initial 60- or 90-day build period (depending on scope). If we're not earning our keep, you should be able to leave. We've kept 97% of clients without contractual handcuffs.
How long until I see results?
Depends on what we're doing. Reputation systems usually move metrics in 30 days. Local SEO typically shows in 60-90 days. Paid ads should be tuned within 30 days. We tell you what to expect, when, before we start.
Do you only work with Florida businesses?
No. We're based in Palmetto, FL with a Sarasota office, and a lot of our clients are in Florida, but we work with local service businesses across the country. Local SEO is local SEO regardless of which zip code you're in.
